Accessibility.

This site is built to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Here is what has been done, and what has not been done yet.

The standard we are building to.

This site targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA. That is the benchmark United States courts and the Department of Justice have consistently pointed to, and real estate websites are among the most frequently challenged, which is a poor reason to do this and not the one we are acting on.

The real reason is simpler. A firm whose entire argument is that people should understand what they are signing cannot put that argument on a page some of them cannot read.

  • Contrast, measured rather than eyeballed

Every text style on every page was measured against its actual rendered background and against the 4.5:1 body and 3:1 large-text thresholds. Type set over the photographic poster was measured against sampled pixels of the image itself. Current result: zero failures, desktop and mobile.

  • Keyboard throughout

Every control is reachable and operable by keyboard, focus is always visible, and the campaign chapters respond to arrow keys as a tab set should. A skip link is the first thing in the tab order on every page.

  • Motion that can be switched off

The birds, the masthead entrance and the scroll reveals all stop completely when your system asks for reduced motion, and the birds are removed rather than paused. Nothing flashes, nothing auto-plays, nothing moves under text you are trying to read.

  • Structure that means something

One first-level heading per page, no skipped levels, real landmarks, real lists, and labels attached to every form field. Status messages are announced politely rather than interrupting.

  • Text that scales

Type is set in relative units and the layout holds at 200% zoom without horizontal scrolling or clipped content.

  • It works without JavaScript

Both forms submit as ordinary HTML posts. No content is hidden behind script that cannot be reached without it.

Where it falls short today.

An accessibility statement that lists only successes is marketing. These are the real gaps, and they stay on this page until they are fixed.

  • It has not been tested with real assistive technology

Everything above was verified by measurement and by keyboard. That is not the same as a screen reader user actually using it, and we will not claim a conformance level we have not had independently tested.

  • No third-party audit yet

Planned before the firm opens. When it happens, the findings go on this page whether or not they are flattering.

If something here does not work for you.

Tell us and we will fix it, and in the meantime we will give you the same information another way: read aloud, in large print, by phone, or in whatever format works.

No one should have to fight a website to reach a person. If the page is the obstacle, go around it: write to us and a human will answer.
