What happens when you get in touch.
Not a sales sequence. A person reads what you wrote and replies, usually the same day, and the first thing that happens in any substantive conversation is that we hand you Pennsylvania’s Consumer Notice and explain who we work for, before you tell us anything you would not want repeated.
After that it is a conversation about your situation. Sometimes the useful answer is that you should wait, or that the work you were planning is not worth the money, or that this is not our area and you want someone else. We would rather say that early than bill you for finding out slowly.
Buying
What you can sensibly spend, where to look, and whether the one you found is priced right.
Selling
What it is worth now against what it is worth after work, and whether now is the moment.
Investing
The numbers before the property: cash flow, financing, expenses, exit.
Leasing and management
Residential and commercial, landlord or tenant side.
An estate or inherited property
Usually the most complicated and the least urgent, which is a difficult combination.
Or just a question
About the market, a tax bill that looks wrong, or a contractor quote. No obligation, and no follow-up sequence.
Real estate commissions are negotiable and are not set by law, by any multiple listing service, or by any trade association.
Where to find us.
2610 Walbert Avenue
Allentown, Pennsylvania 18104
South Whitehall Township, Lehigh County
Inspected by the Commission and open. Call ahead if you want a particular person there.
610-345-NEST
That is 610-345-6378. A person answers during office hours; outside them, leave a message and it is returned the next business morning.
Email still works, and for anything with a document attached it is better.
Send us something.
The quickest way is to pick an advisor and write to them or book a time. It goes to that person, and you hear back within a business day.
Or leave an address here and a person will reply. Nothing you send is added to a mailing list.
Sending a message does not by itself create an agency relationship. Pennsylvania requires us to give you the Commission’s Consumer Notice at our first substantive conversation, and we will.
