What we collect, and it is very little.
There are two forms on this site. Everything either of them collects is listed below. There is no third list, no hidden field, and no data broker anywhere in the chain.
The notify form
Your email address. Nothing else. It exists so we can send you exactly one message when the firm opens its doors for business.
Kept untilWe send that one message, or you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
The licensee form
Your name, email, and license status, which are required. Optionally your phone, license number, years licensed, current brokerage, areas of interest, what you wrote in the message box, and how you heard about us.
Kept untilThe conversation ends, or you ask us to delete it. We do not contact your current brokerage under any circumstances.
Collected automatically with a submission
Your IP address and browser user-agent string, attached to the message when it is sent. They exist to identify automated submissions and for no other purpose. We do not log them separately, build profiles from them, or look at them unless a form is being abused.
AlsoOur web host keeps standard server logs, as any web host does. We do not read them, and no analytics or tracking service ever receives them.
Lead source, if you arrived from a code
If you scanned a QR code or followed a link carrying a source tag, that tag travels with your form submission so we know which billboard, postcard or sign brought you. It is a single word. It is not an identifier, it is not stored in your browser between visits, and it tells us nothing about you.
WhySo marketing money goes where it works, and we do not need tracking software to find that out.
What we do not do.
Most privacy policies are long because they are describing a great deal of activity. Ours is short for the opposite reason.
- No cookies are set by this site. None. Not even “essential” ones
- No analytics, of any kind, from anyone
- No advertising pixels, conversion tags, or retargeting
- No fonts, scripts or images loaded from a third-party network, so nobody else is told you visited
- No selling, renting, or sharing of anything you submit
- No newsletter, no drip sequence, no automated follow-up
- No session recording, heat mapping, or form-field capture
- No account to create and no password to store
This is verifiable rather than a claim. Open your browser’s developer tools on any page here and look at the network and storage tabs. Everything loads from this domain, and the cookie jar stays empty.
Where it actually goes.
Your browser
The form posts to a small function on this same domain. Nowhere else.
The function
It validates the submission and hands it to SendGrid, which is a mail delivery service, to be sent as an email. The function stores nothing.
SendGrid
Sends the message on our behalf and retains delivery records under its own policy. It is a processor acting on our instruction, not a recipient of your data for its own purposes.
An inbox
The message lands in Nicholas Birosik’s email. That is the end of the chain. There is no database and no customer relationship system holding any of this today.
To have it deleted, write to us and say so. You do not need a reason and we will not ask for one. We will confirm when it is done. The same applies if you want to see what we hold, or correct it.
If and when this firm is licensed and begins taking clients, it will handle a great deal more information under Pennsylvania’s record-keeping rules, and this page will be replaced with a policy that describes that properly. Today it describes a website and nothing more.
