NestRealty Advisors

Licenses and memberships.

Every number on this page can be checked against the Commonwealth’s register in about thirty seconds.

Two licenses, and what each one actually permits.

Pennsylvania licenses the firm and the person separately, and the distinction matters more than it sounds. A company license lets a business hold itself out as a broker. It does nothing on its own. It only has effect because a named individual is answerable for everything done under it.

Both were issued on September 17, 2026 by the State Real Estate Commission and run through May 31, 2028. Both certificates are below, exactly as the Commission issued them.

  • RB070473, the company

Nest Realty Advisors LLC, license type Broker (Corp LLC Partner), Standard. This is the license the firm trades under. It is tied to the office at 2610 Walbert Avenue and cannot be moved without telling the Commission.

    TermSeptember 17, 2026 to May 31, 2028
Status active as of September 19, 2026

  • RM426494, the broker of record

Nicholas Christopher Birosik, license type Broker Multi-Licensee, Standard. He is personally responsible for the conduct of every licensee affiliated with the firm, for the escrow account, and for supervision. That responsibility is not delegable, and a complaint about anything done here lands on this license.

  • The entity behind both

Nest Realty Advisors LLC is a Pennsylvania single-member limited liability company, organized September 10, 2026, Department of State file number 0015884445, federal EIN 42-5003182. Registered office 2610 Walbert Avenue, Allentown, Pennsylvania 18104, in South Whitehall Township, Lehigh County.

Where to checkBusiness filings are searchable at the Department of State. Licenses are searchable at PALS.

Verify it yourself.

A license number printed on a website is worth nothing on its own. Anyone can type a number. The Commonwealth publishes the register, so check it there.

Go to pals.pa.gov/verify, search either number, and you should see the license type, the status, the expiration date, and any disciplinary history. If what you see there ever disagrees with what you see here, the Commonwealth is right and we want to know about it.

Memberships, and what they oblige us to.

Membership is not a license to practice and we will not present it as one. The license above is what permits us to work. Membership is a set of obligations we took on voluntarily, on top of the law.

REALTOR® membership runs in three tiers and you join all three together: the local association, the state association, and the national one. Nest joined through the local body.

  • Greater Lehigh Valley REALTORS® (GLVR)

The local association, covering Lehigh, Northampton and Carbon counties, the heart of the area this firm works. GLVR owns and operates the Greater Lehigh Valley Multiple Listing Service, and our membership carries MLS access. That is how a listing we take reaches every other agent in the valley, and how we see theirs.

  • Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®

The state association. Each of our advisors holds this membership in their own name rather than under a shared firm login.

  • National Association of REALTORS® (NAR)

The national body. Its Code of Ethics is the part that matters to a client: it is enforceable against us through a peer review and mediation process that exists whether or not anyone goes to court, and it asks more of us in several places than Pennsylvania law does.

Only a member of the National Association of REALTORS® may use the term REALTOR®. It is a registered collective membership mark owned by NAR and it is not a synonym for a licensed agent. Every licensee is regulated by the Commonwealth; not every licensee is a REALTOR®.

If something here is wrong.

Tell us and we will correct it the same day. If the concern is more serious than a typo, you do not have to come through us at all: complaints against any Pennsylvania licensee go to the State Real Estate Commission, and ethics complaints against a REALTOR® go to the local association.
