I started Nest because I wanted a brokerage that ran the way I would want one run if I were the client: plain language, nothing buried, and an advisor who actually returns the call.

Before Nest I spent four years as an associate broker in Emmaus, working with buyers and sellers across Lehigh and Northampton counties. Alongside that I have spent years on the other side of the table — buying, leasing, and managing property of my own through Wild Pines. That work taught me things a license class does not. I know what a roof actually costs to replace, what a tenant does to a unit over three years, and what a rent roll looks like when it has been dressed up for a sale. If you are buying a duplex to hold, I can tell you whether the numbers work before you get attached to it.

On the residential side, most of my clients are first-time buyers and people renting out a property for the first time. Both groups get a lot of confident advice from people who are not on their side. I try to be the person who tells you the boring truth early, so there are no surprises at the table.

My background is in engineering and systems, which shows up in how I work more than in what I talk about: everything documented, everything where you can find it, nothing depending on someone's memory. Nest is built around that idea.
